Southern Okie Gourmet Peach Dijon Glazed Salmon

4 salmon fillets (6oz)

¼ cup Southern Okie Gourmet Peach Spread

1 tablespoon grainy mustard

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 teaspoons garlic, minced

In medium bowl, combine peach spread, mustard, soy sauce, lime juice and garlic. Mix well. Place salmon on baking dish, brush with mixture and bake at 400 until salmon is done, about 10 minutes.
