Southern Okie Gourmet Peach Pound Cake


1 cup butter, softened                                  2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

2 cups sugar                                              ½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla extract                                    1 jar Southern Okie Gourmet Peach

4 eggs


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Butter 10-inch tube pan and coat with sugar. 

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 

Add one egg at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. 

Gradually stir in one jar of Southern Okie Gourmet Peach Spread into the creamed mixture. Spread evenly into prepared pan.

Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Allow cake to cool and it’s ready to serve.
