Southern Okie Gourmet Peach Spread Cobbler

Ingredients:

1 jar Southern Okie Gourmet Peach Spread

1 package of refrigerated piecrust (2 rolls)

1/2 Tsp. cinnamon

1 stick of butter

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place one refrigerated piecrust in 8-inch square pan, pinch and shape in place. 
  • Add one jar of Southern Okie Gourmet Peach Spread; add pats of butter, sprinkle with sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Top with one refrigerated piecrust, pinch and shape over bottom crust to seal. 
  • Cut slits and sprinkle lightly with sugar.   Bake 35 – 40 minutes until brown and bubbly.
