Southern Okie Gourmet Pear Slow-Cooked Chicken with Mushrooms

 

Ingredients

1 to 2lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 jar of Southern Okie Gourmet Pear Spread

8-10oz portabella mushrooms, sliced thick

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the crock-pot and let cook for about 4-6 hour on low, or until chicken is done. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
