Southern Okie Gourmet Pear Stuffed Turkey Breast

4 (6oz) Turkey Breast

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 Southern Okie Gourmet Pear Spread (9oz)

6 thin slices Swiss cheese

4 thin slices of prosciutto or ham

1 cup seasoned dried bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray baking dish or cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Pound each breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap or wax paper using a rolling pin or meat mallet. Sprinkle each breast with salt and pepper. Place cheese slice and prosciutto or ham slice on top of each breast and top with 1 to 2 tablespoons of pear spread. Roll each breast up and secure with a toothpick.

Arrange in prepared baking dish, and sprinkle with bread crumbs evenly over top.  Bake for 35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven. Add additional cheese slice on top and back until cheese is melted 5 to 7 minutes more. Remove toothpicks and serve immediately.
